Handling : When I confirm your order
I will advise you of any postal charges due. I will of course require
confirmation of acceptance of the postal charges. Please note goods
will only be sent to the registered address of the credit card used
in the transaction. Should you wish any special postal arrangements
like next day delivery please inform me when placing your order. I
cover insurance on all parcels up to the value of £23.00. Parcels
over this value can be insured by extra payment. Any contact made
in response to the material on this site are governed by English law.
Delivery time: I act upon your order right
away. I will normally send your order to you in two business days
. International orders are generally received in under fourteen
days. Back Orders (If your item is not in stock) or incomplete orders
will be send on went available but you will always be e mailed with
the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges: All goods within the online-store
are inclusive of VAT at 20% except the postal charges which are
fixed. If the goods are being sent to a destination outside the
EU VAT will be deducted from the price of the goods. I will confirm
receipt of your order and send an amended invoice without VAT as
soon as possible.

to change without prior notice, some of the prices are for guidance
only, please see the item labelled Quotes
Quotes: The quote system has been put in
place so that you can see the amount chargeable including all relevant
taxes where applicable and postage charges before placing any orders,
when you submit the Quote it will be processed taking into account
your country, taxes and postal charges, you will then be sent an
order number and customer ID to review the quote, payments will
only be taken once you have accepted the quote using our secure
Please note: the customer is solely responsible
for any import fees, customs duty and credit card surcharges imposed
by the card issuer or his national law.
Credit Card Security: No Credit Card details can be accepted
on a "open e mail" only via my Secure channel.
Guarantee: If any product supplied by me is defective I will
give you a full refund (or exchange) within a given period appropriate
to the product. I regret however that I am unable to refund any
shipping costs incurred in returning the product to us. In the first
instance contact me to discuss the problem most things can be sorted
out by discussion!. If the customer does not follow my guide lines
the customer will be responsible for any costs and duties incurred.
